The Watch Tower Portnablagh

Project Overview

This challenging extension for a living room to the first floor of the Watchtower was achieved by removing the existing roof and projecting a new space adjacent to the original tower. By cantilevering half of the gable it allowed us to knit a connection onto the side of the tower and keep a traditional elevation from the pier. The new room has stunning views across Portnablagh Pier, Horn Head and Dunfanaghy golf course.
